If you place a collective order - swiits fruit gums + swiits Crystal Candy - the delivery time for your ordered products will be approx. 14 days. Example: You order a swiits Mix Box Halal 800g and a swiits Crystal Candy Sample Box. You will receive the entire order in one shipment after approx. 14 days.

How is Crystal Candy made?
The crystal treats are completely handmade; each masterpiece has its own shape and individual style.

What about shelf life?
Store Crystal Candy in a cool, dry place, but not in the refrigerator. The sweets should not be left in their individual packaging for longer than 3-4 weeks. The shelf life is then 2-3 months.

Can I get nutritional information?
You can find the nutritional information for our Crystal Candy next to the respective product on our website.

Is Crystal Candy suitable for allergy sufferers?
You can view the ingredients on the website next to each product. Crystal Candy is vegan, gluten-free, and manufactured in a nut-free facility. We cannot assume any liability for allergic reactions. Please note that cross-contamination may occur.

Can I choose my own products?
No, but if there are certain flavors you definitely don't want in your selected variety box, you can let us know by email at hello@swiits.de and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot always guarantee special requests.

When will I receive my order?
All Crystal Candy are handmade, hand-cut and hand-packaged. Processing time is 7–10 business days after receipt of your order, not including holidays and weekends. After handover to the postal service, it can take another 3–4 days. International shipping can take 1-2 weeks.

Is your beef gelatin Halal?
Yes. Our Halal range is made with Halal-certified beef gelatin. Only flavors and fruit extracts that are completely alcohol-free are used in our fruit gums.

Is tartaric acid Halal?
Yes, tartaric acid is generally considered Halal. It is a natural acid found in many fruits, including grapes. Since it is obtained through a natural process and contains no animal ingredients, tartaric acid is generally considered Halal.

Do your Halal sweets contain ethanol?
No. Our Halal sweets do not contain ethanol. All Halal fruit gum varieties are alcohol-free.

Are vegan sweets also suitable for Muslims?
No, and there are two reasons for this. a) Alcohol: In Islam, alcohol is forbidden due to its intoxicating effect. It is important to note that many foods, including vegan sweets, contain flavorings that are used to enhance taste and smell. In the food industry, flavorings are often used where ethanol or alcohol is used as a carrier. If the flavoring in the vegan sweets was dissolved in alcohol (ethanol), it cannot be classified as Halal. b) Cross-contamination: Cross-contamination can be an issue, especially if the fruit gums are produced in the same facility as non-vegan products that contain animal ingredients. In such cases, there is a possibility of contamination with traces of animal products. To ensure that vegan sweets are also suitable for Muslims, it is important that manufacturers take appropriate measures to avoid cross-contamination so that the products comply with Halal guidelines.

Can I enjoy your Halal sweets without hesitation?
Yes, you can. We always pay attention to hygiene. An important measure is the separate packaging and filling of sweets for the different dietary forms. Do your fruit gums have a Halal certificate?
Yes. Our Halal sweets are provided with an official Halal certificate. We maintain close cooperation with our suppliers and manufacturers, who carefully adhere to all regulations and rules.

Is the dye "carmine" contained in your fruit gums?
No, we have deliberately decided not to offer fruit gums (Halal and Vegan) that contain the dye carmine. This allows us to offer our customers a wide range of sweets that meet their dietary preferences.

Can non-Muslims also eat your Halal sweets?
Of course, non-Muslims can also eat our Halal sweets. "Halal" is an Arabic word meaning "permitted" or "lawful," and it is often used to describe foods that comply with Islamic dietary laws. For Muslims, Halal means that food is prepared and manufactured according to Islamic laws and principles. However, since these regulations do not play a role for most non-Muslim consumers, they can eat Halal foods, including Halal sweets, without restriction. Do your Halal sweets contain gelatin?
Yes, but only Halal-certified beef gelatin is used in all Halal fruit gums. There are also Halal sweets in our range that do not contain gelatin. All Halal sweets are Halal certified.

Are your fruit gums 100 percent vegan?
Our vegan sweets are 100 percent purely plant-based. We maintain close partnerships with selected manufacturers who declare their sweets as vegan. This allows us to offer you an extensive selection of vegan sweets.

Why are many sweets not vegan?
Fruit gums are often made with gelatin. It forms the basis for the typical consistency of gummy bears, which are therefore taboo for vegans. Anyone standing in front of the candy shelf today will increasingly see the green and yellow Veggie Label on the packaging. Thus, there are already a lot of products where manufacturers do without the addition of animal gelatin. These are then vegan sweets. We have opted for a wide selection of fruit gums - swiits Classic, Halal and Vegan

What is the difference between vegan and vegetarian sweets? The main difference between vegan and vegetarian sweets lies in the ingredients used. Vegetarian sweets do not contain animal gelatin. Instead, plant-based gelling agents are used. This makes vegetarian fruit gums suitable for vegetarians who do not want to consume products from slaughtered animals. Vegan sweets go one step further and do not only do without animal gelatin, but also all other animal ingredients such as eggs, honey or milk. Instead, purely plant-based ingredients are used to make the sweets. Vegan sweets are therefore suitable for vegans who do not want to consume animal products of any kind.

Is the dye "carmine" contained in your vegan fruit gums?

Ordering and Shipping - Questions & Answers

Has my order been shipped?
We send tracking information to the specified email address with every order. Every order can therefore be tracked. For further questions about shipping, please contact hello@swiits.de

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as you have not received a shipping notification. Once the label has been printed, the order packed and shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address.

Can I return my order?
No. As these are food items, returns are not possible. We cannot take back or exchange edible products. We also do not assume any liability for damaged goods. Additional processing and shipping costs will be incurred for packages that are returned to us due to an insufficient address. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email at hello@swiits.de within 24 hours of receiving the sweets.

Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. A cancellation of your order must be made promptly, i.e. shortly after ordering, by email to hello@swiits.de.

Is shipping with insurance coverage?
Yes, absolutely. All packages are shipped with insurance coverage.
