In warmer months, and especially when shipping to regions with higher temperatures, Crystal Candy may start to sweat or condensation may form. This is a natural process caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations and during transport. This has no effect on the quality or taste of the sweets. So, please don't panic. Simply remove the Crystal Candy from its packaging, place it on a plate or tray, and let it "breathe" for 1-2 days. The sweets will then acclimatize to the temperature and return to their original state, and of course, they will taste just as delicious as ever. Thank you for your understanding.
